Cameron is a highly effective coach and leadership development facilitator, with extensive experience of working with clients in private and public sector organisations for 19 years. He works with executives, senior leaders and professionals. He has undertaken over 200 coaching assignments. He stretches and supports clients using honed coaching skills (primarily solution-focused inquiry) which, combined with empathy, insight and creativity help the coachee to make sense of their challenges, generate new insights, test new thinking, and re-frame beliefs to enhance confidence in making decisions and moving forward. He has earlier career experience as a strategic and operational leader and manager during 14 years in in the global pharmaceutical industry with the leading multi-national companies Lilly, GlaxoWellcome and AstraZeneca.
