Lynne works with leaders, senior managers and teams supporting them to navigate through change both from a personal and organisational perspective. She will be your thinking partner and sounding board; providing you with a safe space to explore your current situation, motivation to change, and a toolkit of resources to allow you, your organisation and your people to reset, recalibrate and get into successful action. In this current situation you may need to innovate or protype your organisations’ products and services, see it through a new lens. 

Lynne will provide a creative toolkit of resources to help you do so - headspace to think objectively, create an optimistic mindset, clarify goals and identify how to get into action. Clients include: NHS, SSE, Myeloma UK, Scottish Aquaculture Innovation Centre, Royal Conservatoire Scotland, British Council, Arts Council England, Scottish Opera, Scottish Institute for Enterprise. 

Lynne has coached for 15 years within the cultural, creative, health, corporate, innovation and 3rd sectors; delivering one to one, leadership and group coaching, organisational development and change strategy, workshop design and delivery, psychometrics, team coaching and action learning facilitation.
