Gordon’s coaching and consulting practice is informed by over 20 years’ experience as an HR leader in market leading FMCG (Diageo and Gillette), telecoms (BT) and financial services businesses (RBS), where he specialised in leadership effectiveness, change management, employee engagement, and organisational development. He is also a registered counsellor and psychotherapist. Clients appreciate Gordon’s ability to walk in their shoes, make the complex simple and apply fresh perspectives to their challenges. He brings a collaborative and relational approach to his work and is skilled in establishing a strong rapport as a basis for discovering enduring change, success and personal fulfilment. Gordon has a postgraduate qualification in Executive Coaching and is an accredited member of the Association for Executive Coaching.
He is an accredited Intent Based Leadership practitioner and certified in Hogan psychometrics.
