Aidan coaches leaders and managers during times of change, and helps leaders deal effectively with their workplace challenges and opportunities. He has been coaching individuals, managers and leaders in organisations for over 5 years. In his 30-year career, he has worked across a range of sectors including Manufacturing, FMCG, Consultancy, and the Public Sector. Aidan allows the coachee to bring their own agenda and issues, and helps them to develop their own solutions, looking for longer term sustainable outcomes that are right for the coachee. He has worked in both the private and public sector, holding senior roles in Learning and Organisational Development.
