With in-depth experience in the field of people development – initially as a generalist HR manager before moving into the specialisms of organisation, leadership and management development – Gwynneth’s broad sector-wide experience includes an international period of secondment based in the US, which provided a valuable perspective on operating in a global environment. Over the last 25 years she has provided both team and executive coaching, delivered leadership and culture change programmes, facilitated workshops and action learning sets. Recent executive coaching assignments have been in the NHS/HSCP and local authority arena, and she has coached GPs (in person and virtually) through the 2019/2020 Scottish Government funded programmes to address retention and engagement in the profession.
