About Me
He is a highly experienced people and transformation director, with over 20 years working at the top of organisations. He truly empathises and works with senior executives to achieve stronger business performance and to better navigate People, Organisational and Performance challenges, in a disruptive and challenging world. Mark started as an engineer and moved into operations and then change management.
He led transformation activity in the banking and utility sector, during and following mergers. Mark took on Chief Executive and other top table roles in the not for profit, NHS and Higher Education sectors, including budgets of £200m and direct staff of 1,000. Mark had developed his own style and structure to his coaching and brings latest thinking from his Doctorate, ‘Mutatis, Mutandis’, where he is examining leader’s ability to change culture over time. Mark has several psychometric tools in his toolkit, including EQi 2.0 (emotional Intelligence) and MBTI (Myers-Briggs).
