Madeleine has been coaching and developing leaders and their teams for over 25 years. Following an initial career in the private sector in business development and quality management, she spent 10 years leading an Organisational and Leadership development function within the health sector where she led an organisation wide culture change/transformation programme which resulted in the organisation achieving a national improvement award.

For the past 18 years she has been engaged in coaching and developing people and organisations towards realising their potential, often amidst a backdrop of change and transformation. She was the lead support in a Scottish leadership institute, delivering high levels of leadership masterclass development programmes and 1-1 coaching support. She is an accredited senior team coach and has been instrumental in delivering coaching programmes across Scotland. She is an approved associate of the Scottish Government’s Improvement Service’s Organisational Development Framework.
