About Me

Lindsey is an experienced Coach and provides a supportive, confidential and safe space for self-reflection with a focus on opening up insight through attentive listening and direct communication. Her background is in Human Resources and she has operated at executive director level including 13 years as an HR Director in NHS Scotland. In the early part of her career, she spent 11 years within the oil and gas sector working for BP, and more recently as an HR Consultant and Coach and has worked in a variety of sectors including professional legal services, manufacturing and further education. Clients say that they value Lindsey’s professionalism, her ability to quickly build rapport and her understanding of the challenges of complex working environments. A key focus of her work is around supporting her clients with organisational change, building capacity, managing challenging relationships and working with ambiguity and change. Whilst Lindsey’s coaching practice has been influenced by the theories of transactional analysis, she will adopt a flexible approach to support the needs of her clients ‘in the here and now’. She is passionate about supporting and encouraging clients in the pursuit of their goals.
