An experienced HR Leader, coach and Leadership Development Consultant, Gerry has held HR leadership roles in Financial Services throughout times of change and uncertainty coupled with an academic teaching background. More recently, Gerry has provided HR/OD consulting, coaching & training for clients across public, private and not for profit sectors mainly working with senior teams and executives.

 Gerry is known for her depth and breadth of knowledge, commerciality, pragmatism and vitality. In her role as Strategic HR Partner to executives in large businesses undergoing significant change, Gerry has coached leaders through both personal and organisational change. She is dedicated and passionate about the growth and development of individuals, teams and organisations and has experience of coaching leaders at times of transition into new roles, making career choices and dealing with challenging team dynamics.
