Anne spent over 25 years working in senior roles within local and economic regeneration, FE and HE. Latterly as Chief Executive of SEP Ltd she oversaw the distribution of £450M+ of European Structural Funds. Since 2008, Anne has worked as an executive coach and leadership development facilitator. She has facilitated both large and small leadership development programmes leading to transformational change across several sectors. 

Anne delivers a range of ILM accredited leadership programmes particularly within the third sector, bringing together leaders from smaller organisations to build a strong peer led leadership network. Anne has coached over 100 executives and regularly facilitates executive team and board development sessions. Clients say that they enjoy working with Anne because she is committed to supporting their personal growth. 

She has a gentle and inclusive manner which instills confidence in clients through an encouraging and supportive coaching style which allows them to believe they can be the change they want to see. She is adept at helping people find a solution focused approach to their challenges and in gently holding them to account.
